Blood Donation Opportunity, American Legion Hall, 210 Head St., Arcadia, 12:30-5:30 p.m. Appointments are required for the drive, and those who wish to donate can set up an appointment by calling Sue at 712-689-2318. Donors are required to wear a mask for the duration of their appointment, and those who do not have a mask will be provided with one. Sponsored by the American Red Cross.

Wellness Screening

Crawford County Memorial Hospital, Denison

Participants will play a game of putt-putt around the town and then enjoy an adult swim night at the pool on its last open weekend before the renovation work gets underway.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Breda pool renovation. The cost is $20/person, which includes a t-shirt and a golf ball. Just bring a putter, hop in your cart and follow a map to find the holes around town.

Patriot Patio Party, 5-Mile House, 2401 390th St., Westside, 9-11:30 a.m.

Special guests will be Rep. Steve Holt, Rep. Brian Best, and Sen. Candidate Craig Williams.

The guest speaker will be Sen. Mark Segebart. Cinnamon Rolls and Coffee will be served.

Hosted by Sen. Mark Segebart, Crawford County Republican Women, and the Crawford County Republicans.

The Carroll Porcelain Artist Club meets the third Thursday at the Glidden Community Center at 9 a.m.
