Buena Vista University – Siebens Forum, 610 West Fourth St, Storm Lake, 9:30 a.m. – 4:20 p.m. Early registration is $50; late registration made less than seven days prior to the meeting or on-site is $60. Registration includes lunch, printed proceedings booklet, private pesticide applicator re-certification and CCA credits.
