Watercolor Workshop at the Norelius Community Library

The Norelius Community Library will be hosting a Watercolor Workshop on Saturday, March 17th from 9-11 a.m.

This month’s theme is 3-D Shamrocks.  You can work on improving your skills and learning new techniques during this workshop.
